BMW M12/13 Formula-1 Turbocharged engine 1983, World Champion in Brabham BT52 with Nelson Piquet
    The exhaust system, consisting of V2A steel pipeswith single KKK turbocharger and relief valve (left). This turbocherger can withstand 2.9 bar boost pressure and 1100C centigrade. The racing version on these 1.5 liter "miracle engines" can easily achieve 800 bhp.
